Marie Baginski
Marie was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. She worked as an engineer and project manager for over 14 years. Marie uses her engineering skills in real estate by changing floor plans to make houses more functional. Her favorite projects include adding square footage to a house.
Marie met her husband Chris in New York and they purchased their first rental property in 2007 and took on their first renovation project in 2009. Chris retired from the NYC Fire Department for medical reasons. Hurricane Sandy destroyed a renovation project and their 2 rental houses in NY. They moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2013. They have 2 young boys that love helping with their real estate business and giving property updates.
Marie and Jake met at a real estate conference in September 2021 and have been working together ever since. They focus on helping military families near Fort Bragg, NC.
Jacob Remillard
Jake was born and raised in a small town in Maine. He grew up playing guitar in several bands, enjoying rounds of golf, and building motorcycles. After high school he worked various jobs including commercial fishing and welding. Jake would then go on to enlist in the Army as a 91E (Allied Trade Specialist) at the age of 24. Jake served 5 years as a Paratrooper in the 82nd ABN DIV and 173rd IBCT(A). After fulfilling his contract, he was honorably discharged from the military as a sergeant. Jake then began pursuing his career in real estate.
Jake is married, has two children, and a couple of dogs. They live in Fayetteville, and enjoy hiking, culinary adventures, and spending time with family and friends. Jake was fortunate enough to be stationed overseas, during that time he met people from all walks of life. This gave him a new appreciation of different cultures and struggles that people are faced with all over the world.
Jake was motivated to form Allora Homes after dealing first-hand with the difficulties that surround moving while in the military. In 2020, during one of the most intense periods of lockdown, Jake and his family had to relocate on orders to NC from Italy. They faced incredible challenges and out of pocket expenses. That experience stuck with him, and he decided to do something about it and provide service members and their families with ethical solutions in uncertain times.

Rianna Teh
As the Office Manager at Allora Homes, Rianna brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the team. Her real estate journey commenced as an Acquisitions Specialist, and from that point forward, she has embarked on an inspiring path of growth and learning that has uniquely shaped her into the Office Manager we know today.
She handles all of our transaction coordination and can handle all aspects of our real estate transactions. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her beloved dogs, relishes the thrill of road trips and long drives to explore new horizons, and finds solace in discovering unique cafes.
She’s also an avid PC and Console gamer, demonstrating her love for both strategic thinking and immersive worlds. Connect with Rianna to explore new opportunities, discuss real estate endeavors, or simply share her enthusiasm for life’s adventures.
Clarisse Cacao
Clarisse is a versatile employee providing solutions to home sellers and helping other virtual assistants learn and grow in the real estate industry.
She is helping us with social media and juggling roles as a dedicated full-time mom, and a successful businesswoman. In her free time, she enjoys embarking on road trips with her partner and son to explore nature and hidden spots.
She’s also an avid crocheter and a passionate cook. Clarisse’s life is a harmonious blend of family, work, adventure, and creativity, and she looks forward to the exciting chapters ahead.
Angelica Garcia
Angelica is a real estate investment expert from Anaheim, California. Angelica has helped hundreds of new and seasoned investors realize their financial goals through cash-flowing real estate.
She now plays a pivotal role at Allora Homes, where she excels at assisting investors in achieving their real estate ambitions, whether it’s fixing and flipping or buying and holding properties for passive income.
Angelica’s background is in Industrial Design and Sales Management. Despite having a passion for design and sales, she realized that working a normal 9-5 job was not the life for her. That is when Angelica was introduced to real estate investing.
She began flipping houses in Los Angeles and used that cash to invest in cash-flowing assets out of state. Now she helps families and investors all across the country invest in real estate so they can quit the 9-5 grind and create a legacy that will be passed down for generations.
Allison Parker Hatcher
She is also known as “The Vegas Queen” for her knowledge of Vegas and how to navigate the comp game at the casinos. She regularly helps people save THOUSANDS in spending on their trips to Vegas.
Allison loves working with property owners and offering many solutions to their real estate needs. She is the proud mother of three beautiful children and two grandsons. She is certified in NLP and is passionate about changing lives through personal development.
Jonas Buchholz
He will help you see the bigger picture, figuring out what truly matters and devising a strategy to make those dreams a reality.
Jonas’ heart belongs to his family and outdoor adventures, from camping in the wild to spontaneous road trips. He spent many years as a chef and that is still a passion for him.
